  • Clinic is held twice a month
  • Medical evaluation by clinic nurse and medical director
  • Occupational and physical therapy evaluation by staff OT/PT
  • Genetic evaluation by staff genetic counselor
  • Orthopedic surgery evaluation by staff orthopedic specialist
  • Home medical equipment specialist available to provide information on needed orthopedic equipment/appliances
  • Case management services are provided by the Director of Social Services.
