If ever there was a year when I wanted to gnash my teeth, it was 2003. It was a year after I scrapped together the money to buy a van, large enough for my two children who are in wheelchairs. How hard, I thought, could it be to find help getting a van lift? Little did I know. I called everywhere (and I mean everywhere). I was getting to the point of sheer desperation. And, it was even harder on the kids. 

Then, I found MDFF. Their staff knew just I was going though and went above and beyond the call of duty to help. They made the usually overly complex process easy. My kid’s dreams for a van lift came true. They were able to get out and do things we hadn't been able to do in ages. My family, friends and I thank God for the MDFF team and for all they've done for us.
