For Immediate Release

Winner of $75,000 Custom MDFF Chopper Drawn
Key Exchange Ceremonies Scheduled for Friday Morning

INDIANAPOLIS —The wait is over. Mark Ellingson is holding the winning ticket and is the proud new owner of the custom MDFF Chopper.

A long journey came to an end in Plainfield, Ind. last Saturday with the live ticket drawing for the MDFF Chopper. The custom chopper’s road crew had been traveling with the bike throughout the Midwest this summer to meet fans and sell raffle tickets in a unique fundraising effort and kicked off Memorial Day weekend.

Ellingson’s name was drawn from the hopper full of thousands of ticket stubs by Bethany Deane, a young MDFF client from Anderson, Ind.

Indianapolis-headquartered Aero Industries purchased the ticket for Action Equipment of Mound Ridge, Kansas through a customer incentive program. Action Equipment’s owner, Ellingson, is an avid motorcycle rider

“I am very excited ... dumbfounded actually,” he said. “I never expected we would win. It just seemed like a nice way to work with Aero for a good cause.”

The MDFF chopper was custom built by the world famous Orange County Choppers and tagged with the agency’s slogan “No Boundaries”. It is valued at over $75,000.

Aero Industries helped sponsor the effort to raise funds for the MDFF. When an Aero customer placed an order, they received an entry in the MDFF Chopper raffle. Aero’s program raised more than $10,000 for MDFF.

“Working with Aero has been wonderful,” said Judith Duncan, president and CEO of the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation. “They truly understand the importance of corporate philanthropy to our communities and have stepped up to do their part.”

The Chopper raffle was the biggest ever initiative for the national Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation (MDFF). The Indianapolis-headquartered nonprofit serves children, adults and family members touched by one of over 40 neuromuscular diseases. All proceeds from the raffle will help the organization provide the expensive adaptive equipment – wheelchairs, van lifts, ramps, and more – to families that couldn’t otherwise afford them.

“This has been a truly great experience for Aero,” said, Dave Boyd, President of Aero Industries. “We were very excited to be a part of such a wonderful fundraising effort for MDFF and an exiting win for one of our customers. It couldn’t have been better.”

The official key exchange between MDFF and Mark Ellingson will take place at Aero Industries headquarters at 4243 W. Bradbury Avenue in Indianapolis on Friday, September 22, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Media is invited to attend.
