More About Morgan
On top of her communications and project management background, Morgan worked for many years as a teacher and ABA therapist with children with autism and other special challenges. This has built a passion for finding creative practical solutions to help others gain maximum independence and a daily joy for life. Morgan came to MDFF with a desire to continue to grow in this mission.
Morgan lives with her husband Scott and their two children. They also share their house with a hodge-podge of rescue critters, including two potbellied pigs, a cat, a tortoise, and two water turtles. She loves watching her children grow up with compassion towards all living things.
Morgan enjoys crochet, especially crafting stuffed creatures for friends, family, and their little ones.
She believes running on a trail or country road to be the best place to think clearly and has finished three marathons.
“There is no better purpose in your work than the ability to watch someone gain further independence and confidence as a result of something with which you helped.”
