MDFF Family Zoo Day Registration

This year enrolled families have TWO options for MDFF Zoo Day! You can choose to visit either the Indy Zoo or Fort Wayne Zoo, both taking place on the same day!

When: Saturday, May 30th
(Deadline to register is May 19th)

Indy Ticket Pickup: 9am-12:30pm
Time to explore: 9am – 5pm or close

Fort Wayne Ticket Pickup: 9am-12:30pm
Time to explore: 9am – 5pm or close

What: A fun day to explore the Indianapolis OR the Fort Wayne Zoo! MDFF will provide admission tickets and snack bags. Food vouchers inside the zoo will not be provided, but we will offer an outside restaurant gift card to be used at your convenience and discretion.

Tickets:
-Families will need to stop by the MDFF table near the Zoo entrance to pickup their tickets. They will not be mailed.
-Family members living with Enrollee are eligible for admission tickets as per your enrollment record. (Note: we are unable to accommodate additional friends/family. However, they are welcome to purchase their own admissions to Indy or Fort Wayne and join you that day)
-If the enrollee is living on their own, you may register a companion ticket.
-For those who require a regular nurse/aide/caregiver beyond the immediate family support/care, we may provide that additional ticket on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out to us with questions.

*For ticket headcounts, please only include attendees age 2 and up.

Parking: ADA parking is available at both venues, but we cannot guarantee ADA parking will be available at the time you arrive.
