MDFF Family Zoo Day Registration

Please complete the short form below for joining MDFF on Saturday, June 21 at the Indianapolis Zoo for our family day. We will have a table this year at the zoo for obtaining tickets, food vouchers, and swag. The table will be set-up from 9am through 12:30pm. Those arriving after 12:30pm can go to Will Call for their envelope with tickets and food vouchers. You may text the MDFF number if you have questions day of: 317-615-9140.
