Make a Donation

Whether it’s a new wheelchair, ramp installation, or bathroom modification, when you give to MDFF, your money is used to improve the quality of life and safety for the families in need who we serve. Of each dollar donated, $0.76 cents goes directly to support patients.

Give your new purchase purpose when you shop for our cause.

Kroger Community Rewards

When you sign up for Community Rewards with your Krogers Reward Card, Kroger will donate a portion of your purchase back to the MDFF.

How It Works:

  1. Visit www.kroger.com and sign into your account
  2. Search for the MDFF Non-Profit Organization (NPO) number (35-1040153) to select the MDFF as your organization of choice
  3. Use your linked Kroger card each time you shop to help MDFF earn money

Host a Jeans Day Fundraiser

How it works:

  1.  Choose a day when employees can pay to wear jeans instead of their usual work attire
  2. When employees donate they receive an MDFF jeans day indicator to show they have donated and can wear jeans
