More About Kathy

Kathy became involved with MDFF through Tim Doyle and his family, whom she has known for almost 40 years. Kathy saw the tremendous struggle that the Doyle family experienced with five out of the seven children having muscular dystrophy. Tim and other families living with muscular dystrophy are an inspiration of faith, grace, and dignity. Kathy is humbled by their quiet strength in the midst of a terrible disease.

Kathy serves on the Feud Before the Feud event planning committee, devoting many hours to the silent auction and rest of the event, helping to make it a great success. As a Bishop Chatard graduate, Kathy remains neutral on the rivalry between Chatard and Cathedral as she focuses on helping to make the Feud event great and not feud the feud.

Kathy is now retired from her 30 years as a CPA. She enjoys being a grandmother to 17 grandchildren, spending time at the family lake house, biking, walking, and reading inspiring books.
