Scholarship Criteria:

Diagnosis: applicant must be diagnosed with muscular dystrophy or a neuromuscular disease
Residency: applicant must reside in the state of Indiana, USA
Academics: Applicant must be a student or graduate of a public, private or home school high school program OR may be in a difference phase of life wanting to pursue other educational endeavors in order to increase their knowledge in a specific area
Eligible Institutions:
- Two-year or four-year educational institutions
- Trade school programs
- Accredited certificate programs
- May be in pursuit of further education beyond the classroom
