  • Scholarship Recipients The MDFF Educational Scholarship exists to assist Indiana residents diagnosed with muscular dystrophy or a neuromuscular disease in pursuit of their education goals.
  • River & Rock Award Recipients MDFF offers an annual award of $2,500 to be used in pursuit of a dream or goal, by an individual in Indiana who displays resilience, courage and/or perseverance.
  • Equipment+ MDFF provides financial assistance for medical equipment, home modifications and more to increase independence and quality of life.
